[sendbird] React UIKit을 사용하여 자체 서버에 파일 업로드를 하도록 커스터마이징 (file upload customize) 하던 중 발생한 문제 해결

sendbird UIKit 에서
onBeforeSendFile (맞나?) 를 사용하려다가 sync - async 문제로 안되서 어려워 하다가,
fileUploadIconRenderer (맞나?) 를 통해 fileUploadIcon을 아예 새로 만들어서 해결했다고 함.
